Founder & CEO

Paul Chase

Paul Chase has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has developed over 2 million square feet of retail space for both regional and national chains including Publix Supermarkets, BI-LO, Hannaford Supermarkets, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Belk, Barnes and Noble and PetSmart.

Paul founded Iron Horse Properties, LLC. in 2004. Combined with the lease-to-purchase home ownership program he developed, Paul and Iron Horse Properties have turned several previously under-performing land-lease properties in multiple states into highly desirable communities with waiting lists of potential residents and produced 25%+ IRRs to investors.

Iron Horse Communities has identified a niche product offering in the MHC space and has completed numerous successful projects. Iron Horse stands ready to leverage the affordable housing crisis macro trend into a long-term revenue stream for investors.

Don Stone

Don Stone is a seasoned business owner with over 30 years of experience as a CPA, real estate investor / operator, and parking professional. Don has experience in many real estate sectors including retail, office, industrial, manufactured housing, medical, single-family, timberland and qualified easements. He has extensive 1031 Exchange knowledge and practice as well as capital raising experience.

Don began his career with 12 years of experience as an executive accountant and tax manager working with Anderson, PWC, and KPMG. After leaving KPMG, he became a partner with German investing group Langford de Kock & Co. where his focus was on understanding and navigating tax implications associated with their US real estate investments. Several years later, he joined and purchased Edward’s Day firm, which he subsequently converted to EBS Property Investments of which he is an owner and partner today. He also serves today as the CFO, President, and Principal for ParkSimple, where he is responsible for all fiduciary activities and financial reporting as well as directing the operational team. Don graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1985.

PRINCIPAL

Erick Mullokandov

Erick has been involved in the Real Estate industry for 7 years. His background includes Managing and acquiring of diverse portfolio including Single/Multi-Family, Manufactured homes, and commercial real estate. He founded his first property management company, Mr. Properties LLC, in early 2016 and is involved with Property acquisitions and sales for a variety of Real Estate portfolios held by private investors.

Mr. Properties LLC has a track record of managing a group of portfolios of around 400 properties, with 50 single family homes, 300 manufactured homes, and 50 multi-family units. He has experience with bookkeeping, financials, investing, property managing, and portfolio consulting. He has led and assisted with multiple manufactured home community acquisitions and has improved value on these communities.

Erick is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Finance
