paul chase, founder and ceo

Paul Chase has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has developed over 2 million square feet of retail space for both regional and national chains, including Publix Supermarkets, BI-LO, Hannaford Supermarkets, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Belk, Barnes and Noble and PetSmart. Paul founded Iron Horse Properties, LLC. in 2004. Combined with the lease-to-purchase home ownership program he developed, Paul and Iron Horse Properties have turned several previously under-performing land-lease properties in multiple states into highly desirable communities with waiting lists of potential residents and produced 25%+ IRRs to investors.

Erick Mullokandov, principal

Erick is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Finance and over ten years of experience in real estate acquisition and development. With a proven track record of taking numerous properties from inception to completion, he is well-versed in the entire process, including entitlement, rezoning, permitting, construction, financing, lease-up, and management. Erick works on various assets and locations, focusing primarily on the manufactured housing and storage sector. He has led a team managing portfolios of over 400 units and is experienced in bookkeeping, financials, investing, property managing and portfolio consulting.

As a third-generation real estate investor, Paul brings a wealth of experience from years of working alongside his father and their team. Specializing in managing and developing manufactured housing communities, Paul has a keen eye for detail and a track record of success overseeing multiple properties' management and development processes. In addition to managing park portfolios, Paul excels in onboarding and acquisitions of new development opportunities, leveraging his expertise to identify lucrative investments and navigate complex transactions easily. As a licensed real estate agent in Georgia, Paul is committed to providing top-notch service and achieving optimal results for his clients.
